Kentucky Grown Mushrooms

High-Quality Mushrooms

We’re addressing food insecurity with local solutions.

Plastic-free

Our unique process makes us one of the only plastic-free gourmet mushroom farms in the world.

The problem: There’s a plastic island in the Pacific Ocean the size of Texas. It’s growing rapidly. Food production shouldn’t add to this.

Most mushrooms farms are tied to single use plastic bags for production. We decided to do something different.

It all began as a grand adventure.

We spent a year studying regenerative agriculture, wilderness preservation, and community resilience on the Watson Fellowship.

We took what we learned and invested it in food security: growing high-quality mushrooms for Kentucky.
